About the artist:
Hello, my name is Iva Donkova. I was born in Gabrovo on 29-th of May 1998. I finished my primary school in Primary school “Neofit Rilski” in Gabrovo. I was passionate about art since a very early age and that made me finish art classes where I learned about a technique called “Encaustic”. My middle school I decided to finish in National school in Tryavna, where I was taught all kinds of arts and drawing techniques – from tempera to graphics. This school inspired me to continue to study art at university. I am currently studying Church Arts at Veliko Turnovo University “St. St. Cyril and Methodius”. I have no particular preference for a technique, as I find all techniques interesting. That is why I use each one of them in my art pieces.
